Stavros is in the north island of Ithaca, where it is thought that Ulysses had his castle. From Pilikata in Stavros, you can see the three seas of Polis, Frikes and Aphales. August 5th and 6th, Stavros holds a two day outdoor festival in the village square with traditional dance and music of the island.
